Chefs will reveal the secrets of cooking dishes from different cuisines of the world.

For example, pilaf with fruit will be cooked at the site on Matveevskaya Street. And in Zelenograd (Kryukovo district, boulevard zone of the 16th microdistrict) – grilled pumpkin with raw smoked bacon.

In the Brigantine Park in the north of the capital, visitors will be able to witness the cooking of quail on birch charcoal with cherry sauce, as well as taste flambé seafood fried on the grill and peaches baked on charcoal with marshmallows.

At the site at the intersection of Sokolovo-Meshcherskaya and Yurovskaya streets, Asian-style mini-burgers with a crab and shrimp cutlet (with sweet and sour sauce and lemongrass seasoning) will be prepared. On Revolution Square, they will make pineapple in their own juice, simmered over the fire, chicken wings in teriyaki sauce and rice with chicken in a wok.

Chicken wings in teriyaki sauce will also be waiting for gourmets on the site located on Admiral Rudnev Street. Here you can also try fried ice cream.

“This ice cream is made from a mixture that is poured onto a special metal surface and“ fried ”on it at sub-zero temperatures along with various additives in the form of cookies, fruits, berries, chocolate, jam and even various drinks,” the press service of the capital said.
