House built under the renovation program at: Karamyshevskaya embankment, house 22a, by the end of the year will be transferred for settlement. More than 300 residents of two houses will move to it, said the head of the capital Department of Urban Development Policy Sergey Levkin.

“In the Khoroshevo-Mnevniki area, a new building was commissioned on Karamyshevskaya embankment (building 22a). The family will begin moving into it from houses on Narodnogo Opolcheniya Street (house 14, building 1 and building 16, building 1). Now in the territory of the district house 22 on Demyan Bedniy Street is being settled, ”said the head of the department.

It is planned to relocate and dismantle 156 houses in the district with a total living area of ​​more than 510 thousand square meters. Almost 31 thousand people live in them. At the first stage of the renovation program (2020–2024), 4.2 thousand Muscovites from 20 houses will receive new apartments.

For the wave resettlement in Khoroshevo-Mnevniki, 12 starting sites for construction were selected – one house is already inhabited, another one has been commissioned, construction and installation work is underway at four sites, and six more new buildings are at the design stage.

The renovation program was approved in 2017, it provides for the resettlement of 5175 houses and concerns about one million Muscovites.
