The qualifying stage of the Pacific Fleet (Pacific Fleet) of the fourth All-Russian competition in marine robotics “Eastern Breeze-2021” has finished in Vladivostok.

The event took place on the basis of the water station of the FAU MO RF CSKA.

The general results of the competition were summed up at the closing ceremony of the competition.

In the qualifying round in the nomination “Autonomous Unmanned Underwater Vehicles (AUV)”, the first place was taken by the Pacific Fleet’s anti-sabotage forces and assets (PDSS) team with the Galtel vehicle. In the nomination “remotely controlled unmanned underwater vehicles (ROV)” the combat swimmers of the PDSS detachment of the Pacific Fleet with the Falcon vehicle won, and in the nomination “unmanned boats” the only representative of this category was the Farvater apparatus of the Morinformsystem-Agat concern.

Competitors performed special tasks for three days. In addition to the military personnel of the Pacific Fleet, the calculations of the Russian Guard, the Institute of Marine Technology Problems of the Far Eastern Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, as well as representatives of specialists-developers and manufacturers of underwater robotic systems took part in the competition.

The Eastern Breeze 2021 marine robotics competition was timed to coincide with the upcoming Army 2021 International Military and Technical Forum.

To support the events of the Eastern Breeze-2021 competition, a modular diving boat and the crew of a Grachonok-type anti-sabotage boat of the Pacific Fleet were involved.
