The modernization is carried out in accordance with the new Moscow standard for polyclinics.
In the South-West Administrative District, major repairs are being carried out in eight polyclinics – one each in Cheryomushki, Yuzhny Butovo, Obruchevsky and Akademichesky districts, and in Yasenev and Konkovo - two each.
“In addition to standard work, some polyclinics will carry out additional ones. For example, in the children’s polyclinic on Skobelevskaya, a halo chamber is being re-equipped, which is used in the treatment of many diseases of the respiratory system. The room will imitate a natural cave – it will be faced with salt materials, equipped with decorative lighting, and the floor will be finished with a moisture-resistant coating, ”said the deputy head
The main task of modernization is to provide Muscovites with high-quality medical services that are in demand by doctors, as well as create comfortable conditions for the work of specialists and the treatment of patients.
The total area of outpatient clinics in the South-West Administrative District undergoing major repairs is 32.4 thousand square meters.
Work is being carried out in four children’s clinics located at the following addresses:
– Golubinskaya street, building 21, building 1;
– Miklukho-Maklaya street, building 29, building 3;

In addition, an accessible environment for people with limited mobility will be created in polyclinics.
How polyclinics will change
Rooms with X-ray equipment will appear in the branch No. 1 of the children’s polyclinic No. 118 and in the children’s polyclinic No. 81. They will be divided into functional areas – a treatment room with an X-ray machine, a control room, a radiologist’s office, a darkroom, auxiliary and utility rooms. These areas will be lined with electrical insulating materials that are resistant to radiation and radiation. In addition, the premises are equipped with their own ventilation.
The swimming pool will be repaired in the branch No. 1 of the children’s polyclinic No. 42. It will carry out aqua procedures, as well as teach swimming to infants. The pool will be equipped with modern systems of purification, water treatment, heating and water disinfection, showers and changing rooms will be equipped.
In the Diagnostic Clinical Center No. 1 of Branch No. 5, a day hospital for four wards with a total area of more than 98 square meters will appear.
New Moscow standard
As part of the implementation of the new Moscow standard, the South-West Administrative District has already completed the overhaul of four polyclinics – in Kotlovka, Severny Butovo, Teply Stan and Cheryomushki. They are located at the addresses:
– Remizova street, house 6;
– Kulikovskaya street, building 1b;
– Teply Stan street, house 13, building 2;
– Profsoyuznaya street, house 52.
These medical institutions are already receiving patients. In the renovated polyclinics, instead of the reception desk behind the glass, convenient information desks with consultants have appeared. Reception is carried out by the doctors on duty, and a certificate or referral can be quickly obtained in a special office.
There are waiting areas with air conditioners, coolers and vending machines in the halls. Play areas and places for breastfeeding have appeared in children’s clinics. The interiors are decorated in warm natural colors and create a cozy atmosphere. Navigation in clinics is intuitive, it allows you to easily find the desired office.
There are cozy lounges for doctors and nurses where you can have a snack and discuss work issues. The offices are equipped with ergonomic furniture: tables, chairs, armchairs and wardrobes. Buffets for patients and staff are organized.
