Specialists of the branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution (FSBI) “Central Housing and Communal Administration” (“TsZhKU”) of the Russian Ministry of Defense for the Southern Military District (YuVO) are completing preparations for the autumn-winter season to ensure a stable heating period of 2021-2022.

Preparation of military social infrastructure facilities for the autumn-winter period is carried out to reduce the impact of temperature and other atmospheric factors on the structural stability of communal facilities, to prevent emergency wear and tear and prevent equipment malfunctions in life support systems.

In total, the specialists of the branch will prepare 762 military camps on the territory of the district, at present the overall readiness of the facilities is more than 80%.

At the facilities of the barracks and housing stock this year, repair work is planned at 643 facilities, currently 96% of the planned has been completed.

There are also 527 heat facilities to be prepared, today the readiness is more than 70% (387 facilities), to carry out work on 361 water and sewage facilities, the readiness is 80% (289 facilities), to carry out measures to prepare 6 507 barracks and housing facilities. fund, today the readiness is more than 65% (4,222 objects).

In addition, 2,298 pcs. energy-consuming indoor lighting devices were replaced with energy-saving ones with LED lamps, and 804 lamps on outdoor lighting networks were replaced out of 1,100 lamps planned for replacement.

Of the planned renovation 15,010 sq. m of roofs (5,300 sq. m. rolled, 1,860 sq. m. slate, 7,850 sq. m. roofing from corrugated board), currently 13,500 sq. m. m (90% of the planned), at the facilities of the barracks and housing stock of the Southern Military District, the floors were repaired in the amount of 4,869 sq. m (4,419 sq. m – linoleum flooring, 450 sq. m – laminate flooring).

In preparation for the new academic year, six schools were repaired in the settlements of Kalinovskaya, Khankala, Borzoi (Chechen Republic), Troitskaya (Republic of Ingushetia) and Botlikh (Republic of Dagestan).

The fulfillment of the planned tasks on time and the professional work of the specialists of the branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “TsZhKU” of the Ministry of Defense of Russia in the Southern Military District will make it possible to successfully complete preparations for the heating period of 2021-2022.
