The program for the development of 14 military enlistment offices located on the territory of the Republic of Crimea to improve and give them a modern look will be completed by the end of 2023, the head of the region Sergey Aksyonov reported to the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, General of the Army Sergei Shoigu, at a conference call on improving and developing the activities of military enlistment offices.

“We have already started to implement some issues of the program. I assure you that, in general, this program will be completed by the end of 2023, ”said Sergei Aksyonov.

He said that currently 1 million 900 thousand people live on the territory of Crimea.

“On the territory of the region there are 14 military commissariats of municipalities. The high-quality work of the military commissariats plays an important role in the life of the republic, ”the head of the region added.

According to him, the implementation of joint measures with the Russian Ministry of Defense will bring this work to a new level, significantly improve the quality of services provided to the population.

“We are ready to organize work to improve the activities of military commissariats and give them a modern look,” said Sergei Aksyonov.

He also thanked the Minister of Defense and, in his person, all the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation for their assistance in providing water to the population of Crimea, in eliminating the consequences of floods provoked by powerful downpours on the territory of the republic. “We are enormously grateful to you for this,” said the head of the region.

In turn, the chairman of the government of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) Andrei Tarasenko, who took the floor, thanked the Minister of Defense for the help that the military department provides to the region in extinguishing forest fires.

“I would like to thank you from the residents of Yakutia and say thank you very much for your help and cooperation in extinguishing forest fires. And for the allocation of equipment, which was determined today by the commander of the Eastern Military District. This will be the first technique in Yakutia with the help of which we will teach children about patriotism. Thank you very much, ”Andrei Tarasenko said.
