On the territory of the Seltsy training center of the Ryazan Guards Higher Airborne Command School (RVVDKU) named after General of the Army V.F. Margelov, under the guidance of the Chief Judge of the Tactical Shooter-2021 Competition – Deputy Commander of the Airborne Forces, Major General Anatoly Kontsevoy, a draw was held, which determined the order of entry for the participating teams. The team of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela will be the first to enter the fight, the Republic of Kazakhstan will enter the line with the team number two, the team of the Republic of Congo will be the third to shoot. The national team of the Russian Federation will perform under the eighth number.

The International Competition “Tactical Shooter” is a complex of military-sports shooting competitions among military personnel, held in four stages, which involve competitions in individual standings, doubles and the whole team.

The new discipline contributes to improving the skills of using standard small arms, generalizing advanced fire and tactical training techniques in order to improve the practical skills of personnel to perform tasks in various conditions of the situation in close contact with the enemy.

“The main goal of the competition is friendship between states to preserve peace on earth. The results of the competition are not so important, they come and go, and friendship and peace are what will remain for eternity, ”said Major General Anatoly Kontsevoy, Deputy Commander of the Airborne Forces.

The International Tactical Shooter Competition will take place from August 22 to September 2. The competition will be attended by over 130 military personnel in 17 teams representing their countries.

The International Army Games 2021 will be held from August 22 to September 4, 2021 on the territory of 11 states (Russia, Algeria, Armenia, Belarus, Vietnam, Iran, Qatar, Kazakhstan, China, Serbia, Uzbekistan).

In total, more than 5 thousand servicemen, consisting of 275 teams from 42 countries, take part in 34 competitions of ARMI-2021.
