In Serbia, military policemen representing the Russian Armed Forces at the international stage of the Guardian of Order competition, on the eve of the opening ceremony of the International Army Games in 2021, recorded a video message to all participants in the upcoming competitions.

Greetings to the contestants from the very heart of the Serbian city of Kraljevo were voiced by the captain of the Russian team, senior warrant officer Alexei Sinitsyn: “Dear participants of the International Army Games! Dear Colleagues! We, representatives of the Russian Armed Forces at the Guardian of Order competition, are glad to welcome you from Serbia!

This year, the games are a significant event for the armies of 42 countries. And although for us the real tests will begin only in a week, we are all here glad to express to you, friends, words of support and wish you good luck in the competition!

We are with you! Hooray!”

The Russian national team at the “Guardian of Order” competition is represented by the participants who have shown the best results during the all-army stage of the competition. A week before the start of the competition, the team and their rivals from five countries (Serbia, Iran, Kazakhstan, Cyprus and Qatar) will have to master the small arms entrusted to them, study the arenas where the upcoming competitions will take place, and decide on the sequence of performances by drawing lots.

The international competition of professional skills among military policemen starts in Serbian Kralevo on August 29 and will last for a week. On the day of the final test, September 3, the judges will announce the champion team, which will take home the challenge cup of the competition.

The Guardian of the Order competition consists of four stages. During them, the participants will have to demonstrate their shooting skills, practice the actions of a patrol squad in an impromptu settlement, go through a special obstacle course, including in a patrol car, and also make a military-police throw for 12 km.

The first two stages (“Ognevoy” and “Actions of the patrol squad in the village”) will take place on the territory of the military complex “Zicha” in the vicinity of the town of Kraljevo. The stage “Patrol outfit” with a combined obstacle course and the final “Military-Police Throw” will take place at the “Beranovac” circuit.
