By the end of 2022, it is planned to build more than 13 kilometers of roads, two storm water treatment facilities, and intra-quarter roads.
As part of the first stage of development of the transport infrastructure of the Kommunarka administrative and business center (ADC), almost five kilometers of new roads were put into operation, including overpasses over the Solntsevo – Butovo – Varshavskoe highway. This was told by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development Policy and Construction Andrey Bochkarev.
“Today in Kommunarka the implementation of the first stage of development of transport infrastructure continues, to date, four sections of the road network with a total length of 4.8 kilometers have been commissioned here, including overpasses over the Solntsevo – Butovo – Varshavskoye highway,” the deputy mayor said.
He added that the work on the preliminary design of the objects of the street and road network has also been fully completed to complete the implementation of the first stage.
“By the end of 2022, it is planned to complete the construction of the road network of the first stage – this is more than 13 kilometers of roads, two storm water treatment facilities, and intra-quarter roads. This stage also includes the construction of a bridge across the Sosenka River and the construction of overpasses over the Kaluzhskoye highway, which will significantly improve the transport situation in the Sosenskoye settlement, ”said Andrei Bochkarev.
The administrative and business center “Kommunarka” is one of the most dynamic growth points in the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky administrative areas. It is planned to build about five million square meters of real estate here and create 80 thousand new jobs.
