During the reporting period, fire and rescue units responded to more than 7.2 thousand man-made fires, and voluntary fire brigades were involved in the liquidation of 300 of them.

Over 1.4 thousand people were rescued by the fire and rescue units of the Russian Emergencies Ministry during the elimination of the consequences of more than 2 thousand road accidents. Over 250 people were rescued during the rescue and search operations.
