Registration data for electronic voting is stored on the blockchain.

I have earned on serviceon monitoring registration for online voting, which will be held in Moscow from 17 to 19 September. Users who have applied to participate in e-voting on will be able to check if they are included in the e-voter list. And everyone will have the opportunity to follow the progress of registration.

The service displays all the changes that occur with applications for participation in electronic voting submitted to (from sending an application to its final verification and approval). Data is recorded on the blockchain, which guarantees its immutability and transparency. All information enters the system in an impersonal form.

To check the status of your application, enter its unique number received upon submission. You can find it in notifications in your personal account on or in emails. The system will display the current status of the application: for example, that your data has been successfully verified by the Central Election Commission of Russia.

All applications are subject to such a check: user data is compared with the federal voter base. Therefore, it may take time to update the information in the service.

You can also find information on the results of checking the application in real time – it is available in notifications in your personal account on and in e-mail.

Online voting will take place in Moscow from 17 to 19 September 2021. Muscovites will elect deputies of the State Duma, and residents of some districts – deputies of the Moscow City Duma and municipal deputies. Adult Muscovites with active suffrage and a full account can take part in electronic voting. To do this, you must submit an application for registration.
