Crews of small anti-submarine ships (MPK) “Kasimov” and “Yeisk” of the Black Sea Fleet (Black Sea Fleet) as part of the ship search strike group worked out the search for a submarine. They interacted with the crew of the Ka-27M anti-submarine helicopter. The role of the mock enemy was performed by the crew of one of the Black Sea Fleet submarines.

In addition, the sailors also performed a set of naval training exercises using torpedo and rocket bombs against an underwater target, using their own data and information from an anti-submarine helicopter.

Also, during the search, the crews of the ships completed the tasks of air defense (AA). They performed anti-aircraft missile and artillery firing at an aerial target (parachute target). The crew of the Su-24MR aircraft was involved in this stage.

The exercise took place in one of the naval training grounds in the Black Sea in accordance with the combat training plan of the naval forces.
