Car inspectors of the Russian military police took first place in the Individual Race exercise, which launched the Road Patrol competition for the first time held within the framework of the International Army Games-2021 in the territory of the State of Qatar. Inspector of the 100th Military Aviation Institute (Moscow) Warrant Officer Stanislav Dudarchuk showed the best result and became the winner of this exercise. In addition to overcoming numerous obstacles, such as a slope, an overpass, a hill, a railway crossing, a “snake” and an overall yard, he managed to hit almost all targets.
The rest of the race participants took the fifth and sixth places, showing virtuoso mastery of car driving and excellent passage of the track. In terms of the amount of points, the team representing the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation took first place in the opening exercise of the competition. It is worth noting the fact that the Russian team, unlike its rivals, performed this exercise with the least violations, for which penalty points are awarded.
Ahead of the participants of the competition is another test – “Acceleration and extreme braking” where it is required to accelerate the car in a conditionally limited corridor at least 70 km / h and stop as close as possible at the stop line.
The international stage of the competition “Road Patrol-2021” will be held from 22 to 26 August for the first time at the base of the military police forces, located near the capital of Qatar – Doha. Prior to this, the competitions were held on the territory of the Islamic Republic of Iran (2019) and the Republic of Uzbekistan (2020).
The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are represented by a national team formed as a result of the all-army stage, which consists of
from representatives of the Military Automobile Inspectorate of the Western and Southern Military Districts, the Northern Fleet and the 100th Military Aviation Administration (Moscow).
