“In the Eastern administrative district of the capital, in the Northern Izmailovo district, residents of 29 houses are in the process of moving or have already received new housing. Four buildings were transferred for settlement: 5th Parkovaya Street, 62b, Shchelkovskoe Highway, 90, Building 1 and 74, and also Konstantin Fedin Street, 13 “, – he specified.
In total, in the district until 2024, within the framework of the first wave, it is planned to begin resettlement of more than seven thousand residents.
In Northern Izmailovo, within the framework of the renovation program, 36 thousand residents will be relocated from 179 residential buildings, the area of which is almost 600 thousand square meters. For the wave relocation, 16 launch sites were selected, on which over 370 thousand square meters of real estate can be built. The list of launch sites is not final, they are selected on an ongoing basis.
Earlier this month at 15th Parkovaya Street put into operation house for 162 apartments. The finished improved finishing in the new apartments fully complies with the standards of the renovation program.
The renovation program was approved in August 2017. It concerns about one million Muscovites and provides for the resettlement of 5175 houses.
