Each year, the city will commission 40-50 educational facilities.
Every year Moscow plans to commission 40-50 educational facilities. About it Sergei Sobyanintold on the air of the TVC channel. The Mayor of Moscow noted that the situation with the availability of schools and kindergartens for citizens is generally positive. In 110 districts of the city, children are admitted to kindergartens from two years and two months.
“Nevertheless, this is not in all districts, especially in the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky administrative areas, there are a lot of microdistricts with a shortage of places in schools, in kindergartens. Therefore, our efforts are aimed at closing the deficit in areas such as Shcherbinka, Kommunarka, Troitsk and others. About 25 objects will be built in New Moscow this year. In general, more than 40 educational institutions will be built in the city. And every year we will commission 40-50 new facilities to remove this deficit, ”Sergei Sobyanin said.
It is necessary to take further measures to improve the quality of education in the capital. In this case, it is worth considering the peculiarities of the pandemic, which affected the system. Sergei Sobyanin recalled that last year Moscow schoolchildren spent several months in distance learning.
“I hope the situation will be better this year. But I believe that it is necessary to develop the “Moscow Electronic School”, which was the salvation during the pandemic. And today, even in full-time education, it is a serious resource that allows teachers to prepare for lessons faster and better, and for students to learn subjects easier. MES integrates with the best educational platforms that have been created in our country. They are becoming available for both teachers and students, ”the Moscow Mayor emphasized.
Sergei Sobyanin also noted the need to equip schools with innovative equipment and develop pre-professional classes.
Thanks to the improvement of the epidemiological situation, the new academic year will begin in full-time format. At the same time, to counteract the spread of coronavirus in schools, a number of sanitary requirements will remain: they will conduct thermometry, additional disinfection, and separate the flows of students. Constant mask mode will no longer be a mandatory requirement for teachers. More than 80 percent of educators have been vaccinated against the coronavirus.
