“For seven months of 2021, the city sold at auction 14 land plots for individual housing construction with a total area of ​​1.7 hectares, of which 11 for sale and three for rent. Currently, 15 land plots with an area of ​​0.07 to 0.3 hectares in four administrative districts of the capital have been put up for auction. They are free of construction, and future owners will be able to build houses here with an area of ​​260 to 1200 square meters, ”the deputy mayor said.

On land plots, owners will be able to build residential buildings up to 15 meters high, as well as equip utility rooms and garages, engage in gardening and growing crops.

The largest plot (area of ​​0.3 hectares), for sale, is located in the settlement of Sosenskoye in the Novomoskovsk administrative district. The future owner will be able to build a house here with an area of ​​up to 1.2 thousand square meters.

Smallest in area land plot (0.07 hectares) is located in the Troitsky administrative district in the settlement of Shchapovsky (the village of Troitskoye). The owner will be able to build a residential building with an area of ​​about 260 square meters.

In the Kosino-Ukhtomsky area in the east of Moscow, it is proposed land plotwith an area of ​​0.12 hectares. It is located five kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road at the address: Lytkarinskaya Street, possession 25. There it will be possible to build a house with an area of ​​600 square meters.

Bidding for these lots will be held in person from September 2 to September 30. They will be conducted by the Moscow City Department of Competition Policy.
