The city put up for sale 10 parking spaces located in the underground parking of a residential complex on Tsvetnoy Boulevard, said the Minister of the Moscow Government, head City Property Department Maxim Gaman.

“The parking spaces offered by the city are in demand at the auction in the capital. This year, based on their results, 662 objects with a total area of ​​11.9 thousand square meters have already been purchased. For comparison: for the entire 2020, 436 sales and purchase agreements were concluded based on the results of competitive procedures. Currently, 10 parking spaces are being put up for sale through a public offer in the underground parking of a residential complex next to the Nikulin Moscow Circus on Tsvetnoy Boulevard. The area of ​​objects varies from 15.2 to 31.9 square meters, ”said Maxim Gaman.

The residential complex built in 2012 is located at Tsvetnoy Boulevard, house 13, building 2. The building has nine floors, underground parking is located in the basement. There are three metro stations near the house: Tsvetnoy Boulevard, Trubnaya and Pushkinskaya.

Applications for participation in the auction can be submitted until September 17, and the sale procedure itself will take place on September 28.

The sale of parking spaces from the city has been transferred to electronic form from 2020. Now the sales contract and the act of acceptance (transfer) to it are drawn up in digital format.

Some lots are available for viewing online in 3D format. Detailed information on the terms of sale and participation in tenders for the lease and sale of city property is also available on the website unified electronic trading platform.
