More than 260 families in the Khoroshevo-Mnevniki district are moving to new houses under the renovation program, said the head Department of Urban Development Policy Sergey Levkin.

“More than 260 families are moving in the Khoroshevo-Mnevniki area under the renovation program, 205 have already celebrated a housewarming. Until 2024, as part of the first stage of the program, it is planned to start resettlement of 4.2 thousand people living in 20 houses, ”the head of the department said.

Now the new building is being settled at the address: Demyan Bednogo street, house 22, soon the program participants will begin to move to the house at the address: Karamyshevskaya embankment, house 22a. New apartments were received by residents of houses at the following addresses: Marshal Zhukov Avenue, building 20, building 1 and building 22, building 2. In the process of resettlement, program participants from building 16 on Demyan Bedny Street.

In Khoroshevo-Mnevniki, under the renovation program, 156 houses with a total living area of ​​more than 510 thousand square meters are subject to relocation and demolition. Almost 31 thousand people live in them.

For resettlement, 12 launch sites were selected – one house is being populated, two have been put into operation, three more are under construction, and for six objects, project documentation is being developed.

The renovation program was approved in 2017. It includes 5175 houses in which about a million Muscovites live. Now in different parts of the city they are building and designing more than five million square meters of housing.
