The Mayor of Moscow congratulated the employees of the centers of public services on the round date and thanked them for their fruitful work.

A gala evening dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the centers of public services was held in Moscow. It was addressed by Sergei Sobyanin… He congratulated the employees of the My Documents offices on the anniversary and thanked them for the support they provided to the townspeople during the pandemic.

“Thank you for going to call centers to talk and help Muscovites. Thanks. Thank you for bringing food and medicine together with social workers to those who observed the self-isolation regime. Thank you for risking your life. Thank you for being in hospitals next to doctors and helping. Thank you for doing the super vaccination program in the Healthy Moscow pavilions and other centers, and Muscovites believed you. Thank you, ”said the Mayor of Moscow.

According to him, it was surprising that during the restrictions in the workplace there were half the number of employees of the centers of public services, while they continued to provide the necessary services.

“Thank you very much, Sergey Semenovich. In fact, it’s incredible to work with your team, the Mayor’s team, and make the city a better place every day. As a native Muscovite, I can say that it is incredibly pleasant for me to live in a city that is developing, which is growing, which is getting prettier, and with it to develop and, I hope, prettier. We are your team! ” – noted Andrey Shakhov, chief specialist-trainer of the training center “My Documents”.

Today there are 133 offices in the capital “My documents”… The first center of public services was opened in the Lefortovo district on August 22, 2011.

Over the years the waiting time in the queue has noticeably decreased: now it does not exceed 15 minutes. Muscovites can draw up documents in one package in nine common life situations – these are “Birth of a child”, “Large family”, “Change of name”, “I am a motorist”, “I pay taxes”, “I have lost documents”, “Change of residence “,” Purchase of housing “and” Registration of inheritance “.

During one visit, you can submit several applications at once, and then only pick up the finished documents. More than 100 services are already available online. Among the important advantages is the working time, thanks to which residents can receive the necessary services without taking time off from work.
