With the servicemen of the marines of the Northern Fleet (SF), in preparation for practical actions at the ranges of the Baltic Fleet (BF), training was conducted at the airborne complex.

The Marines worked out the procedure for performing a parachute jump as part of the squads, brought up weapons and equipment for a parachute jump, and trained on modern shells of the airborne complex. They also practiced the actions of the parachutist in the plane on commands and signals, when separating from the plane, when stabilizing the fall, when descending on the main parachute and when landing.

Training is a form of practical exercises, which are carried out with the aim of developing, maintaining and improving the knowledge of personnel necessary for the performance of official and special duties, practical skills among military personnel and coordinated actions to perform (ensure the fulfillment) of combat missions by subunits.

In total, more than 150 servicemen of the Northern Fleet Marine Brigade were involved in airborne training on the simulators of the complex.
