The branch of the Central Naval Museum named after Emperor Peter the Great aboard the cruiser Aurora “welcomed a special guest of honor – the one and a half million visitor. It turned out to be Angelina Petrovna Kusayko from Perm, who brought her daughters Lyubov Kozlova and Lyudmila Kusayko to the museum on the Aurora cruiser and the grandchildren of Andrei Kozlov and Mikhail Yaskevich, the first of whom was a cadet of the Perm Cadet Corps No. Generalissimo A.V. Suvorov, and the second – a Suvorov soldier of the Perm IED of the Strategic Missile Forces.
On the deck of the cruiser, the guests of honor were greeted by the employees of the branch, headed by the head of the branch, Yuri Sergaev, who congratulated the guests on the title of one and a half million visitors and presented them with a certificate.
The branch guide, captain of the 2nd rank of the reserve S.V. Blinov gave the guests a tour of the halls of the branch, the guests also visited the engine-boiler room of the cruiser.
After that, the Permians made an entry in the Book of Honorary Visitors of the branch and from the bottom of their hearts thanked the employees of the branch for the meeting, excursion and preservation of the history of the national fleet.
The Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Navy, Admiral Nikolai Evmenov, thanked the management and staff of the Central Naval Museum for the enormous work in the field of military-patriotic education, which is being carried out on the cruiser Aurora in the year of the 325th anniversary of the Russian fleet.
