For visitors, 66 reception windows, spacious waiting areas and a children’s corner were equipped.

The My Documents office of the Troparevo-Nikulino district has moved to the Zvezdochka shopping center at 4. Pokryshkina Street. Now the center of public services is within walking distance from the Yugo-Zapadnaya metro station.

The premises of the new office are located on the fourth floor; you can get there using an escalator or a panoramic elevator. The area of ​​the center of public services is now 1428.5 square meters. It was designed in a recognizable style in accordance with the requirements of a single standard of comfort. In addition, for the first time in an office of regional significance, furniture of a renewed design is used.

Spacious waiting areas, a cloakroom and 66 reception windows were made for visitors. In five of them, as well as in four specially equipped rooms, employees of the Migration Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation will receive reception.

In the My Documents office, residents will be able not only to draw up the necessary documents, but also use additional services – for example, take a photo in a photo booth, print documents or make a copy, pay state duties and other payments using terminals in the hall or in the reception window, use the terminal Mosenergosbyt and vending machines, as well as check the state of health in a modern diagnostic complex.

The office has a mother and child room and a children’s play area. In addition, the center is equipped for people with limited mobility: tactile markings are applied, personnel call buttons are installed.

The Public Services Center will operate as usual: daily from 08:00 to 20:00.
