In the South-Eastern Administrative District of the capital, 10 city polyclinics are being overhauled. They are being modernized by new Moscow standard… Residents of eight districts will soon receive the updated polyclinics: in Maryino and Lublin, two polyclinics are being put in order, and in the districts of Nizhegorodsky, Pechatniki, Nekrasovka, Kapotnya, Ryazansky and Vykhino-Zhulebino – one each.

Now the work is deployed on an area of ​​almost 48 thousand square meters. Major repairs are underway in four children’s polyclinics at the addresses: Polbina street, house 50; Novocherkassky Boulevard, 35; Fergana street, house 10, building 2; 25, 40 Let Oktyabrya Avenue. Five medical facilities are being renovated for adults at the addresses: 3rd Karacharovskaya Street, 11; Krasnodarskaya street, 63; Mikhailova street, house 33; 1st Volskaya street, house 3 and Novocherskassky boulevard, house 48. In addition, work is going on in one mixed-type institution at the address: 3rd quarter of Kapotnya, house 27.

In all polyclinics, the renovation is at different stages, since it began at different times. Some institutions will open soon, others in the first quarter of 2022.

Before the repair, the medical facilities were in an unsatisfactory condition. Now they are changing engineering systems, elevators, windows and doors, installing new ventilation, insulating facades, making high-quality finishing of the premises and adapting the premises for people with limited mobility.

“Additionally, swimming pools will be repaired in some clinics. For example, in children’s polyclinics No. 148 (Branch No. 3), 150 (Branch No. 1) and 61 (Branch No. 1), tanks with an area of ​​13, 19 and 10 square meters, respectively, will be put in order. Instead of the old ones, they will make new monolithic bowls and cover them with special sanitary tiles. The pools will be equipped with modern systems of purification, water treatment, heating and water disinfection. Showers and changing rooms will be built around them. Here it will be possible to teach babies to swim for babies and provide health-improving and therapeutic aquaprocedures, ”added Denis Lebedev.

All polyclinics will create conditions for the installation of modern X-ray equipment, and in four of them – mammographs. For this, rooms with functional zones will be equipped: a treatment room (with X-ray), a control room (for remote control of the device), specialist rooms, auxiliary and utility rooms. These zones will be lined with electrical insulating materials that are resistant to radiation and radiation, and in addition, they will be equipped with their own ventilation.

The renovated polyclinics will open three day hospitals for nine wards with an area of ​​267 square meters. In the branch number 1 of the city polyclinic number 52, a hall for physical therapy with an area of ​​more than 50 square meters will be put in order.

Two medical institutions have already been repaired according to the new standard in SEAD. These are branch number 2 of children’s polyclinic number 48 and branch number 1 of an adult clinic number 9 on Yeseninsky Boulevard. They are already accepting patients. In the children’s clinic, a filter box, a stroller and play areas were equipped, and in an adult – a day hospital for four wards. In addition to the buildings themselves, the territories around them were transformed. Convenient paths were made there, benches, urns and navigation steles were installed. A playground has appeared near the children’s clinic. The territories were landscaped with 24 trees and 102 shrubs.
