Four projects out of 25 presented at the 15th Siberian Venture Fair, which took place from 25 to 26 August at the site of the international forum Technoprom-2021, were noted as promising for entering international markets, the vice-governor of the Novosibirsk region said in the TASS press center on Monday Irina Manuylova.
“There were 25 projects at the venture fair, four were marked as projects that can enter the market not only in Russia, but also abroad. They have good prospects for development,” said Manuilova.
Among such projects is the Archivarius, which is a single window for managing electronic commerce on such sites as: Ozon, Wildberries and others. The second project is “Clean Coal” of Novosibirsk State University, which should help solve the problem of dust from loading and moving coal by coating surfaces with a special solution. The third project “SmartPIM” is a service for the design of online stores. Another project – “Embl” – the most oriented, according to Manuilova, to foreign markets, allows the horse to diagnose diseases of its pulmonary system by the external behavior of the horse.
More than 50 experts at the Technoprom site gave advice and recommendations to representatives of startups. Manuilova noted that they indicated that in order to enter foreign markets, the authors of projects should take into account the specifics of these markets, adapting their proposal. The forum was attended by a delegation from Skolkovo, which will select the most interesting projects within a week, noted the chairman of the fund, Arkady Dvorkovich.
“The format is so in demand and it is good that it is used in several regions of Russia. I will listen to my colleagues what they will tell you based on the results of their acquaintance with the projects, because a large Skolkovo delegation worked at the forum. I think that we still do not have enough startups, and even more so there are not enough startups to enter the next venture stage. And just such venture fairs help young developers find their partners, “Dvorkovich said at a press conference via video link.
Technoprom-2021 was held in Novosibirsk as part of the Year of Science and Technology from 25 to 27 August. The forum gathered in face-to-face format more than 3 thousand participants, more than 77 thousand people took part in the online format. The event was attended by representatives of 20 countries, including from China, France, Kazakhstan, the Republic of Korea and Iran. The main topics of discussion are technological development, digitalization and the “green” agenda, as well as the search for effective forms of interaction between science, business and the state for the introduction of advanced developments in all spheres of life and production. The forum was held for the eighth time.
