“More than 140 families from house 10, buildings 1 and 2 on Yerevanskaya street are starting to move to a new building – to house 8 on the same street. This is the first house on the territory of the Tsaritsyno district, transferred for settlement under the renovation program. In total, at the first stage of the program, 18 houses will be resettled by 2024, ”the head of the department said.

In Tsaritsyn, according to the renovation program, 141 residential buildings will be demolished and resettled, in which 36 thousand people live. In the area, 15 launch sites have been selected, where 230.8 thousand square meters of housing can be built. The house on Yerevanskaya Street has already been commissioned, construction work is underway on five more objects, nine are being designed.

In the Southern Administrative District, a relocation is underway under the renovation program in eight districts – Nagatinsky Zaton, Nagorny, Moskvorechye-Saburov, Biryulevo Zapadny, Danilovsky, Biryulevo Vostochny, Chertanov Yuzhny and Tsaritsyn.

“Now in the Southern Administrative District about 2.5 thousand people from 25 houses are in the process of relocation or have already completed their move,” said Sergei Levkin.
