Also, in the presence of the President in the videoconference mode, the ceremony of signing the “Voluntary Commitments” by the founding companies of the Russian Alliance for the Protection of Children in the Digital Environment, as well as the opening ceremony of social educational facilities in the Republic of Dagestan, will take place.

On the same day, a working meeting with the Governor of the Primorsky Territory Oleg Kozhemyako is planned.

On September 2, the head of state will visit the Far Eastern Maritime Training Center of the Admiral G. I. Nevelskoy Maritime State University, which was commissioned in July 2021, which provides training, retraining and advanced training of maritime specialists. Vladimir Putin will get acquainted with the training process, the advanced scientific and technical developments of the Moscow State University named after Nevelsky, and will also talk with the cadets.

Later, at the EEF site, the head of state will be presented with an interactive presentation of the results of the development of the Far East with the connection by video conference call of the residents of the TOP, ready to launch their production. Further, in the format of the videoconferencing, a meeting will be held on the socio-economic development of the Far East.

On September 3, the President will speak at the plenary session of the Eastern Economic Forum, in which the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev and the President of Mongolia Ukhnagiin Khurelsukh will take part in an online format. Video greetings will be delivered by President of the Argentine Republic Alberto Fernandez, President of the People’s Republic of China Xi Jinping, Prime Minister of the Republic of India Narendra Modi and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand Prayut Chan-Ocha. The head of the Russian state will also communicate via videoconference with moderators and speakers of key sessions of the forum.
