“The“ Gosuslugi.Kultura ”application has become available to Russians, it can be downloaded from the Play Market or the App Store. The application was developed for the launch of the Pushkinskaya Karta program, which will allow young people from 14 to 22 years old to visit cultural institutions at the expense of the program. From September 1, users of the application will be able to apply for a virtual “Pushkin card”, which will be credited with 3 thousand rubles. The virtual card reminds us that new technologies and digital services do not cancel, but only complement the forms of leisure, making it more accessible and convenient for the modern user, ”said Dmitry Chernyshenko.

As the Deputy Prime Minister noted, in order to receive a card, you need to enter the mobile application using a confirmed account on the public services portal, if it is not there, register on the portal and confirm your identity through an online bank or MFC. After entering the application, you just need to confirm the issue of the virtual card, it will be available within a few minutes. Those who wish to receive a card on a plastic carrier can also issue it at the Post Bank branches.

Now more than 7 thousand events are available on the “Pushkinskaya Card” throughout Russia. The user can choose any to visit, he only needs to get to the venue. A ticket with a special mark “Pushkin Card” will be sent to the specified e-mail address, it will need to be shown along with a passport or a mobile application to the controller at the entrance.
