The trips will be more profitable for 70 thousand passengers who daily use ground transport in the Troitsk Administrative District.

From September 1, zoning of tariffs for ground public transport in the Troitsk administrative district of the capital will be canceled. The decree was signed by Sergei Sobyanin at a meeting of the Presidium of the Moscow Government.

There are now two tariff zones in the ground transport of Moscow: A – most of the city, B – Troitsk administrative district and some other urban areas. When traveling by ground transport from zone B to zone A and back, there is an increased tariff. The cost of a single trip is 60 rubles instead of the standard 42 rubles, and the cost of the TAT travel pass for 30 days is 2070 rubles instead of 1240 rubles.

To increase the attractiveness of public transport, from September 1, the Troitsk Administrative District will be included in tariff zone A. As a result, the trip will become more convenient and profitable for 70 thousand passengers who use ground transport every day, and for those who travel regularly, the savings will amount to more than 800 rubles per month or up to 10 thousand rubles per year.
