New kindergartens, schools, sports and recreation complexes, as well as a polyclinic will appear in the district.

Renovation blocks in the Bogorodskoye district will be provided with social infrastructure, said the head of the capital Department of Urban Development Policy Sergey Levkin.

“Three projects have been developed for the planning of territories, according to them, the construction of kindergartens, schools, a polyclinic and sports and recreation complexes – 14 objects in total, is envisaged,” he said.

On the territory of microdistricts 15b-16b it is planned to build a school for 550 children, a kindergarten for 175 pupils and a sports and recreation center. In microdistricts 4b, 5b, 8b and 37b there will be a sports and recreation complex, a polyclinic for 320 visits per shift, three kindergartens for a total of 450 places, two schools for 950 students, an educational complex for 375 places (a school for 300 places, a kindergarten at 75), as well as an object of additional education and a music school.

Another educational complex with a school and a kindergarten for 150 and 50 places, respectively, is planned to be built in microdistrict 19b.

In the course of the improvement, green yards with walking areas, playgrounds and sports grounds will appear in the area. To ensure transport accessibility, intra-quarter passages will be built and the existing road network will be reconstructed.

Sergei Levkin recalled that the renovation program in the Bogorodskoye district affects 144 houses.

“In the spring of this year, the settlement of a house on Millionnaya Street (building 3, building 1) began on the territory of the district. Residents of house 7 on Kuznetsovskaya Street are moving to this new building. At the first stage of the renovation program until 2024, the resettlement of 2.3 thousand people from 12 houses is to begin, ”he said.

The renovation program was approved in August 2017. About a million Muscovites took part in it. The program provides for the resettlement of residents of more than 350 thousand apartments.
