A total of 36 thousand residents will receive new housing in the district.

In the south of Moscow, in the Tsaritsyno district, two houses were built under the renovation program. They are located at the following addresses: Kantemirovskaya Street, possession 39 and Kavkazsky Boulevard, possession 40.

“Resettlement in new buildings is planned to begin before the end of the year,” – said the head

Moscow City Construction Department Rafik Zagrutdinov.

New buildings were erected according to individual projects. The house on Kantemirovskaya Street has 190 apartments (38 one-room, 130 two-room, 22 three-room). Four of them were equipped for residents with limited mobility: the width of the corridors and doorways was increased, and special plumbing was installed.

There are 194 apartments in the building on Kavkazsky Boulevard (32 one-room, 130 two-room, 32 three-room). Each apartment in the houses built under the renovation program has been completed with improved finishes.

On the first non-residential floors of houses, shops, cafes, beauty salons, sports clubs, circles and sections for children can open. In the residential areas, lobbies, elevator halls, duty rooms, rooms for storing cleaning equipment, areas for placing mailboxes and technical rooms have been made. The lifts are equipped with visual and tactile media.

The entrances to the buildings, the floor of the lobbies and elevator halls on the ground floor are made on the same level with the ground. So parents with strollers and people with limited mobility will be able to get into the staircase without assistance.

The area near the houses was improved. Experts planted trees and shrubs, laid out lawns and flower beds, equipped children’s and sports grounds, as well as recreation areas. Under the territory of the courtyards, underground single-level parking lots were made.

“In total, in the Tsaritsyno district, under the renovation program, residents of 141 residential buildings will receive new apartments, where 36 thousand residents live. To start the resettlement, 15 launch sites were selected here. Three new buildings in the region have already been commissioned, construction and installation work is underway at two sites, and two more residential buildings are planned to be commissioned by the end of the year, ”added Rafik Zagrutdinov.

The renovation program was approved in the capital in 2017. It is planned to relocate 5175 houses along it. About a million people will receive new housing. More than 500 sites have been selected for the construction of modern houses. Today, all over Moscow they are building and designing over five million square meters of housing.
