If, according to the results of the examination, deviations from the norm or risk factors are revealed, then the doctors of the city telemedicine center will contact the patient and tell you about what to do next.
In 45 pavilions “Healthy Moscow”, located in city parks and squares, you can undergo an expanded medical examination program, get vaccinated against COVID-19 and check your health from August 9 this year after suffering a coronavirus infection. In the past almost four weeks, more than 50 percent of visitors have been subjected to additional examinations for those who have recovered from COVID-19.
“Almost four weeks after the healthy Moscow pavilions offered residents the opportunity to undergo additional examinations after recovering from coronavirus infection, we can talk about the high popularity of this service. More than half of those who come to the pavilions for medical examinations do so precisely to check their health after suffering COVID-19. So the survey in parks has fully justified itself: it helps to comprehensively assess the state of health after illness and, if indicated, get a referral for additional examination to the appropriate specialists, ”said Anastasia Rakova, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Social Development.
If, according to the results of medical examinations, any deviations or risk factors are found, then the doctors of the city telemedicine center will contact the patient. They report possible health problems, register citizens for further examinations and consultations with specialized specialists, and are also in touch before a diagnosis is made and treatment begins.
The program of additional examinations for those who have recovered from COVID-19 includes spirometry (assessment of the functional state of the respiratory system), a biochemical blood test for seven indicators, a six-minute walk test (according to indications), determination of the concentration of D-dimer (coagulation index) in the blood (if indicated ). In addition, if the visitor has not taken a chest X-ray during the year, they will be given a referral for this procedure.
To make the examination in the pavilions “Healthy Moscow” faster, Muscovites can fill in in advance questionnairein the electronic medical record in the “My clinical examination in the park” section on the mos.ru portal or in the EMIAS.INFO mobile application. It should be borne in mind that for medical examination in the park and health examination after suffering a coronavirus infection, you need to fill out different questionnaires.
The Healthy Moscow pavilions are open without breaks and weekends from 08.00 to 20.00. Visitors must have a passport and a Moscow compulsory medical insurance policy with them.
