The interior decoration is now being completed.

A residential building will be built in the Tsaritsyno district this year under the renovation program. This was announced by the head Moscow City Construction Department Rafik Zagrutdinov.

“In the Tsaritsyno area at the address: Kaspiyskaya street, possession 28, building 4, a residential building will be put into operation this year for resettlement under the renovation program. At present, the facade work is 80 percent completed, the interior decoration and installation of internal engineering systems are nearing completion, ”he said.

For finishing the facades of an eight-section building of variable number of storeys, hinged three-layer external wall panels are used. They are faced with beige, brown and red bricks. Baskets for air conditioners will also be made on the facades.

The house will have 364 apartments: 44 one-room, 278 two-room and 42 three-room. Eight of them will be equipped for residents with limited mobility – they will increase the width of the corridors and install special plumbing fixtures. All new apartments will have an improved layout that fully complies with the renovation standards.

The first floors are non-residential. Here you can find shops, cafes, beauty salons, sports clubs, circles and sections for children. There are separate entrances for all this. In addition, the ground floor will house a stroller, a concierge room, a storage room for cleaning equipment, and mailboxes. Elevators are equipped with visual and tactile media. The entrance to the building is equipped with warning and evacuation systems in case of fire, fire alarms, and video surveillance cameras.

The area around the house will be landscaped. They will equip a playground and a sports ground, lay out lawns and flower beds, plant trees and shrubs. For car owners, there will be two parking lots – ground and underground.

The renovation program was approved in 2017. It includes 5175 houses in which about a million Muscovites live. The total number of houses resettled under the renovation program has reached 305.
