“In the summer of this year, under the renovation program, the settlement of house 7a on Fonvizin Street began. Offers of equivalent apartments were sent to residents of five-story buildings at the addresses: 28 Yablochkova Street, Buildings 1 and 2. 90 percent of families expressed their readiness to move to new apartments, ”the head of the department noted.
In total, under the renovation program in the Butyrsky district, 4.5 thousand people from 27 houses will move to new apartments. At the first stage, five houses will be resettled, at the second stage (2025–2029) – seven. Another 15 houses will be resettled by 2032.
Three launch sites have been selected in the Butyrsky District. Now construction is underway at Milashenkova Street, possession 7/3. Work is expected to begin at the site at Yablochkova Street, possessions 26-28. A new building on Fonvizin Street (house 7a) has already been commissioned and is being populated.
