There are 472 apartments in new buildings on Vilis Latsis Street.

A distinctive feature of the new buildings is the facade, clad with large-format metal cassettes in lime green, white and gray, which allows the houses to stand out from the surrounding buildings, ”he said.

Each of the buildings is a two-section building with an underground parking lot. There are 472 apartments in new buildings: 188 one-room, 128 two-room and 156 three-room. Two of them were equipped for residents with limited mobility: the width of the aisles was increased and special plumbing was installed. The finished improved finishing in all apartments fully complies with the standards of the renovation program approved by the decree of the Moscow Government.

The houses are equipped with modern elevators equipped with visual and tactile media. The first floors will remain uninhabited. There is an elevator hall, an attendant room, a cleaning equipment room, a mailbox area and technical rooms. In addition, shops, cafes, beauty salons, sports clubs, circles and sections for children will be able to open here. It will be possible to enter the houses from two sides.

New buildings were equipped with security systems for entrances, video surveillance, access control and management, warning and evacuation control in case of fire, fire alarms.

The territory near the houses was landscaped: children’s playgrounds and recreation areas were equipped, flower beds were laid out, shrubs and trees were planted.
