On the parade ground of the Novosibirsk Higher Military Command School, the closing ceremony of the competition “Excellence in Military Intelligence” ARMI-2021 was held, during which the winners and prize-winners of the International Army Games were awarded.

The event was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation and the armed forces of foreign states, representatives of the regional administration, team members of the Russian Federation, the People’s Republic of China, the Republic of South Ossetia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Republic of India, the Republic of the Congo, Burkina Faso, the Republic of Mozambique , Republic of South Africa, Republic of Tajikistan, Republic of Cameroon, Kingdom of Eswatini.

“I want to thank all of you for the holiday of professionalism, which took place on Siberian soil for two weeks. The competition days brought you closer together, helped make new friends and strengthened the spirit of international unity. This is the main goal of our competition. Demonstrating excellent training, organization and cohesion of your teams, you made worthy competition to each other, at the same time, you represented a united front capable of resisting any manifestations of military aggression. Congratulations on the completion of the competition. Peace and prosperity to you! May the intelligence officer’s luck always remain with you! ”Said the chief of intelligence – deputy chief of the General Staff of the Ground Forces for intelligence, Major General Aleksey Belousov.

The scouts from Russia, who won the competition, were awarded the Army Games Cup. In addition, valuable gifts were presented to the team captains and winners in individual competitions, such as “The best team captain”, “The best commander of the reconnaissance group”, “The best driver mechanic”, “The best scout-radiotelephone operator”, “The best scout-sniper”, “The best scout-grenade launcher”, “The best shooter”, “The best scout”. Russian servicemen received awards in 4 individual nominations.

Silver medals were won by scouts from the People’s Republic of China and the Republic of Uzbekistan, bronze – scouts from the Republic of Belarus.
