Margelov, we presented a completely new concert program, which premiered at the Alabino training ground. year, in the days of the celebration of the 91st anniversary of the Airborne Forces ”- emphasized the chief conductor of the combined orchestra.

The program includes performances by military musicians of the Airborne Forces popular melodies and songs dedicated to the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and the Airborne Forces, as well as demonstration performances in drill training with the performance of drill techniques with carbines performed by a company of honor guard of the RVVDKU.

In the final of the paratroopers’ performance, the cadets of the honor guard of the RVVDKU carried the flag of the Airborne Forces with an area of ​​more than 1200 square meters to Red Square, which repeatedly flew in the air with paratroopers and entered the Russian book of records, breaking the previous record by almost 200 square meters.

Musical compositions of the combined military orchestra of the Airborne Forces were accompanied by choreographic numbers of the dance group of the Song and Dance Ensemble of the Airborne Forces and were supported by the choir of paratroopers.

Every year, the orchestra’s personnel take part in the Victory Parade on Red Square in Moscow, celebrations in the Patriot Park of Culture and Leisure of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, the International Army Games, as well as in all significant events held in the Airborne Forces.

In the combined orchestra, 10 of the best musicians of the military bands of the airborne and airborne assault formations of the Airborne Forces.
