Resolution of September 1, 2021 No. 1458

Users of the portal of public services no longer have to completely fill out online applications manually and search for paper documents – the new functionality of the system will do this automatically. Such changes in the work of the portal were approved by the Government.

Now, when citizens draw up applications for a particular service, the information system of the portal will be able to request the necessary data from the authorities or organizations and independently enter them into the required fields. In this case, such a request will be sent exclusively at the time of filling out the application, and after sending it, the received data will not be stored on the portal of public services.

So, for example, when submitting an online application for registration at the place of residence, the portal will be able to make a request to Rosreestr and confirm the possibility of registration of the applicant and his family in the specified residential premises. Also, when a citizen submits an application for subsidies and various payments, the portal will be able to check online the availability of registry office certificates from the applicant and pre-fill the document with the received data.
