The builders have completed the reconstruction of the former Soviet Yantar cinema on the Otkryty Shosse. Now it will become a multifunctional public center for residents of the Preobrazhenskoye district.

A five-screen cinema complex, shopping galleries with shops and boutiques, restaurants and cafes will be opened in a four-storey building with an area of ​​13.7 thousand square meters. Escalators and elevators have already been installed for visitors. The area next to the complex was landscaped and landscaped, and surface parking appeared on it.

Mosgosstroynadzor a conclusion was issued on the compliance of the facility with the requirements of the design documentation. The multifunctional center is being prepared for commissioning, ”said the head of the department. Igor Voistratenko.

According to him, after commissioning, the tenants will complete the interior decoration of the premises and assemble the necessary technological equipment.

“During the reconstruction of the Yantar cinema, the Committee together with the subordinate Center for Expertise carried out the necessary inspections. Particular attention was paid to the quality of installation of structures and materials used. All violations were eliminated by the construction participants within the timeframes set in the instructions, ”noted Igor Voistratenko.

Investors are reconstructing three dozen Moscow cinemas. Eight are already open – they have cinemas, cafes and food courts, clubs for children, sports studios, shops and supermarkets. By the end of the year, the work should be completed for another 10 objects.
