“17 residential buildings in the west of Moscow were transferred for occupancy under the renovation program. The 17th house was a new building at the address: Kastanaevskaya street, house 44a, building 1 in the Fili-Davydkovo area – on August 31, residents from building 1, buildings 1 and 2 on Pivchenkova street began to be resettled here. This is the fourth new building in the Fili-Davydkovo area, inhabited by residents, ”the head of the department noted.

In total, the renovation program covers six districts on the territory of the CJSC. New apartments are to be received by 105 thousand people living in 559 houses. 54 launch sites have been selected for wave relocation in the district.

“11 residential buildings with a capacity of 179.18 thousand square meters are being built in the Western Administrative District for resettlement under the renovation program. In addition, 13 more objects are in the design stage. Since the beginning of the program, 20 houses have already been commissioned in the district, including four new buildings this year. Two more residential buildings are planned to be commissioned by the end of the year, ”added Rafik Zagrutdinov.
