The first floors of the house will be used for offices, technical premises, shops, cafes, beauty salons, sports clubs, circles and sections for children. The residential lobby will house a stroller, a concierge room, a storage room and a mailbox area.
In each section of the house, lifts with a carrying capacity of 400 and 1000 kilograms will be installed, they will be equipped with visual and tactile means of information.
The new building will be equipped with security systems for the entrance to the building, warning and evacuation control in case of fire, fire alarms, as well as video surveillance.
In the courtyard, a playground and sports grounds will be arranged, lawns and flower beds will be laid out, trees and shrubs will be planted, as well as a flat parking will be placed.
The renovation program was approved in the capital in 2017, it included 5175 houses. About a million people will receive new apartments. Now in different parts of the city build and design more than five million square meters of housing.
