The project for the creation of a technopark in Zelenograd has been assigned the status of a priority investment project. It is implemented by JSC “Specialized Territory of Small Business – Zelenograd”. The corresponding order was signed by Sergei Sobyanin

Thanks to this status, the regional tax burden will decrease by about 25 percent. For example, income tax will be 13.5 instead of 17 percent, property tax will be zeroed, land rent will be reduced by 99 percent (0.7 percent of the accrued tax).

JSC “Specialized Territory of Small Business – Zelenograd” is subordinate to the city Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development. The first six buildings of the enterprise (with an area of ​​25 thousand square meters) were built in 2008-2012. Today, it houses 30 high-tech companies, which employ about 500 people. They are engaged in scientific research, production of microelectronics, optics and medical devices. The unoccupied area is less than two percent.

Key residents are:

– Research and Production Company “Bioss” (produces ultrasound diagnostic equipment);

– LLC “STC Actor” (develops AC and DC power supplies);

– JSC “Radius Avtomatika” (carries out a full cycle of work – from scientific research to serial production of relay protection and automation equipment for networks from 0.4 to 220 kilovolts, as well as means of testing and diagnostics of equipment and power lines);

– Research and Production Company “Optolink” (produces high-precision fiber-optic gyroscopes).

Construction of the STMP-Zelenograd Technopark began in May 2020. It is being erected on an area of ​​2.7 hectares at the address: Zelenograd, Sosnovaya Alleya, house 6a, building 1. Three laboratory and three production buildings with a total area of ​​more than 23 thousand square meters will be built.

The technopark will host companies that produce communications and telecommunications equipment, air and water purification devices, medical products and equipment.

The total investment in the project will amount to over one billion rubles. The STMP-Zelenograd Technopark is expected to create at least 668 jobs.
