At the serviced facilities of the Northern Fleet in the Murmansk, Arkhangelsk regions, the Komi Republic and Yakutia, the heating period of 2021–2022 began as planned. This was announced by the head of the branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution (FGBU) “Central Housing and Communal Administration” (TsZhKU) of the Russian Ministry of Defense (OSK of the Northern Fleet) Vladimir Belevtsev.
“At present, 32 boiler houses (over 45%) and 4 (over 25%) central heating stations of the branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution TsZhKU of the Ministry of Defense of Russia (according to the USC of the Northern Fleet) have been switched to winter operation,” said Vladimir Belevtsev.
These boiler houses supply heat to socially significant facilities: 7 healthcare facilities of the Russian Ministry of Defense (hospitals, clinics and their branches), 16 residential buildings. More than 1,400 barracks and housing facilities will be connected to heating in due time.
During the preparation for the heating season of 2021–2022, specialists of the branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution TsZhKU of the Ministry of Defense of Russia (for the USC of the Northern Fleet) performed maintenance of the main and backup equipment, carried out hydraulic tests of boiler units, heating networks for strength and density. In addition, the preparation of the barracks was carried out, current repairs were carried out, and the equipment of in-house networks was washed.
For trouble-free operation during the heating season, an emergency stock of tubular products, valves and pumping equipment was created at the branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “TsZhKU” of the Ministry of Defense of Russia (according to OSK SF).
