In May of this year, a new building was transferred for settlement at the address: Touristskaya St., 14. Residents of two five-story buildings of the sixties built on Heroes Panfilovtsev St., 29, building 1 and 31, began to relocate.

97 percent of residents of two houses on Heroev-Panfilovtsev Street chose apartments in a new building, erected under the renovation program, said the head Department of Urban Development Policy of Moscow Sergey Levkin.

“Today 97 percent of families have chosen new apartments, while about 30 of them have already celebrated housewarming,” the head of the department added.

The houses to be resettled are located at the following addresses: Heroes-Panfilovtsev street, building 29, building 1 and Geroev-Panfilovtsev street, building 31. Residents move to a high-rise building at the address: Turistskaya street, building 14.

Seven launch sites have been selected in Northern Tushino. 60 old houses, in which 18.9 thousand people live, are subject to resettlement and demolition. At the first stage of the renovation program (until 2024), it is planned to relocate 2.7 thousand residents of nine houses.

The renovation program was approved in 2017. It includes 5175 houses in which about a million Muscovites live. Now in different parts of the city they are building and designingmore than five million square meters of housing.
