A snow-melting station will be built in the north of Moscow. The main building – the snow melting chamber – is an underground storage facility. Also, a pumping station, air purification units, snow storage areas, a number of checkpoints, a transformer substation and an inventory building will be built at the facility. On three sides, the site will be closed by a fence with a height of 5.7 meters.

In addition, the adjacent territory will be landscaped, installed lighting devices and a parking lot for six cars.
