Electricity and water supply, sewerage and heating networks were replaced in the building. The roof was replaced, finishing works were carried out. Overhaul was carried out at the expense of the federal budget.

In the renovated premises, there are two branches of the criminal executive inspectorate – in the city of Novoaltaisk and the Pervomaisky intermunicipal branch. Branch employees execute criminal penalties against persons convicted without isolation from society, and also exercise control over persons released on parole from serving sentences.

Currently, there are over 400 people sentenced to punishments not related to imprisonment on the register at the UII branch. At the same time, the employees of the branch exercise control over one suspect under house arrest and two suspects with a preventive measure in the form of a ban on certain actions.

Registered in the Pervomaisky intermunicipal branch, there are 269 convicts sentenced to punishments not related to imprisonment. In addition, five suspects under house arrest and one person with a ban on certain actions are being monitored.

It should be noted that in the course of their official activities, the employees of the criminal executive inspectorate perform not only control and supervisory functions, but also educational ones, reducing the likelihood of convicts committing repeated crimes.
