In military units and formations of the Black Sea Fleet (Black Sea Fleet) training was held on the actions of personnel in the event of a crisis.

The training was carried out in accordance with the plan for checking the duty shifts, carrying round-the-clock combat or operational duty in the fleet.

According to the plan of the training, various introductions were announced to the duty shifts of the formations and military units of the fleet, simulating crisis situations, including the outbreak of a fire, an accident involving military equipment, a natural disaster, an attack on a checkpoint and the detection of suspicious objects on the territory of military camps.

During the training, the personnel on duty shifts worked out the algorithms of actions from receiving the initial report on the incident to reporting to the subunit commander on the measures taken every minute and transferring control to a specially deployed task force.

When assessing the conduct of the training event, such indicators were taken into account as: the time for collecting and summarizing data on a crisis situation, the ability of duty shifts to make decisions quickly, the correct allocation of resources for effective management of the actions of subordinates and the full implementation of the algorithm in accordance with the current standards.

The command of the Black Sea Fleet assessed the result of the training as “good”. The best shifts on duty were encouraged and set as an example in their units.
