On September 12, artists of the Central House of the Russian Army took part in the festive events dedicated to the Day of the Tanker, which took place in the Patriot military-patriotic park.

An interesting eventful program was devoted to the Day of the Tanker in the Patriot Park.

The main festive event was the opening of the monument to the “Tankist”. The ceremony was attended by representatives of the leadership of the Russian Ministry of Defense, veterans of the Great Patriotic War and military service, clergy, and military personnel. After the prayer service, a minute of silence was announced, and then wreaths and flowers were laid at the foot of the monument to the sound of the orchestra.

The complex of events in the Patriot Park “included a large concert program with the participation of creative teams of military cultural institutions. The artists of the Central House of Artists also presented their concert numbers.

“Three Tankers”, “T-34”, “Army of Russia” and other works were performed by the soloists of the creative team.

The monument will forever perpetuate the memory of outstanding tankers, their contribution to the history of the creation and formation of tank forces, as well as the development, testing and adoption of armored vehicles.
