Outside, it will be decorated with multi-colored geometric panels.

A school for 1200 students will appear in the west of Moscow. A building with multi-colored geometric panels will be built at Proizvodstvennaya Street, possession 6, it will become part of a new residential complex, said the chief architect of Moscow Sergey Kuznetsov.

“The authors managed to combine fairly simple materials with a recognizable, but not bright and not too flashy finish. Simple rectangular shapes in whites and grays are diluted with accents of multi-colored cement panels. Moskomarkhitektura approved a project in which the school looks restrained, but modern. I am sure that from the inside it will also meet the highest standards, ”said Sergei Kuznetsov.

The building has a complex shape, consists of two buildings with a height of three and four floors, respectively, which are connected by passages at the level of the first and second floors. In the first block, two gyms and classrooms will be equipped, in the second – an assembly hall, a dining room, medical offices and premises for additional education. Both buildings will be convenient for people with limited mobility.

Pupils of junior and senior classes will not intersect in the building due to well-thought-out planning solutions; for primary classes there is a separate entrance with a lobby.

The main material of the facade cladding will be cement panels of a wide range of colors, plaster, as well as porcelain stoneware slabs. The total area of the complex will be about 23 thousand square meters.

The city continues to actively build educational institutions. In the next three years, the authorities plan to build about a hundred kindergartens and schools. In total, 8.5 million square meters of real estate are going to be built in the capital this year.
