The medical institution will be equipped with the latest equipment and make it comfortable for doctors and patients.

In the south of the capital, in the Nagatinsky Zaton district, a new children’s and adult clinic will open.

The children’s block is designed for 250 visits per shift, and the adult – for 500. In addition, a women’s consultation for 120 visits per shift will open on the ground floor. The building of the medical institution is located at 46-50 Sudostroitelnaya Street.

“In this building, in fact, three polyclinics are combined at once. This is a children’s, adult and women’s consultation. I hope that in a month or two she will start working and receive her patients. All construction work has been completed. Everything is equipped with modern equipment. So it is not long before the time when the residents will come to us, who, I hope, will be satisfied with the service organized here, ”Sergei Sobyanin said during a visit to the clinic.

The Mayor of Moscow also recalled that 50 polyclinics have recently been built in the capital, and another 30 new medical institutions will start working in the coming years.

“These are microdistricts where renovation is taking place, new microdistricts of Moscow, or where the physical deterioration of the polyclinic building is already so strong that you just need to build a new one, because the old one cannot be reconstructed. In addition, as you know, we are organizing a reconstruction program for 200 operating clinics. This is such a large-scale program to modernize primary care, ”added Sergei Sobyanin.

Most of the adult residents of the Nagatinsky Zaton district are attached to the branch No. 3 of the city polyclinic No. 67, located at the address: Zatonnaya street, house 11, building 2.

Until November 1, 2019, part of the premises in the same building was occupied by the women’s consultation number 2 of the city clinical hospital named after S.S. Yudin, which was transferred to a building on Leninskaya Sloboda Street (house 5, building 1).

The building on Zatonnaya Street did not meet the requirements for a modern Moscow clinic. And its relatively small area did not allow providing comfortable service to the growing population of the Nagatinsky Zaton.

Children living in the Nagatinsky Zaton area are mainly attached to branches No. 1 and 3 of the children’s city polyclinic No. 91 (Zatonnaya street, house 11, building 1; Kolomenskaya embankment, building 14, building 2), which also work at the design load limit.

In this regard, it was decided to build a children’s and adult clinic for residents of the Nagatinsky Zaton district. Construction work was fully completed in August 2021. In the near future, branch No. 3 of the adult polyclinic No. 67 will move to the new building. It will also house the children’s polyclinic (a branch of the children’s city polyclinic No. 91) and the women’s clinic No. 14 of the city clinical hospital named after S.S. Yudin.

The labor collective of the relocated adult polyclinic will be retained. All in all, the new building will employ about 200 people, including 73 doctors.

The six-story building with an area of 9.9 thousand square meters was erected according to an individual project and meets the new Moscow standard for polyclinics as much as possible. The planning solution allows to arrange doctors’ offices taking into account the expected distribution of patient flows, which will reduce the likelihood of queues and make waiting for an appointment more comfortable. The most visited specialists’ offices will be located on the lower floors, less visited and administrative premises – on the upper floors of the building. Blood sampling and analysis rooms, doctors on duty will work on the ground floor.

The building is functionally divided into two blocks with separate entrances. In the children’s block, the reception will be conducted by pediatricians, an otorhinolaryngologist, an ophthalmologist, a neurologist, an orthopedic traumatologist, and a pediatric surgeon. There is a physiotherapy department (including massage rooms, electric light and heat therapy, physiotherapy exercises), rooms for functional and ultrasound diagnostics, blood sampling and testing, issuing certificates and referrals, a buffet.

The adult block will house a prevention department with a vaccine prevention room, a block of specialist doctors, offices of general practitioners, functional diagnostics rooms, a day hospital with eight beds, and a surgical block.

The radiology department, located on the third floor, will be shared for adults and children. Adults and children will be admitted on different days of the week, which will avoid the intersection of patient flows.

The women’s consultation, which will open on the ground floor of the new building, will also have a separate entrance.

The clinic is equipped with modern medical equipment. An echoencelograph, an X-ray diagnostic apparatus, a digital mammograph, four ultrasound scanners (ultrasound of an expert class), ultrasound and electrotherapy devices were purchased for the adult department.

A digital X-ray diagnostic apparatus, two expert-class ultrasound machines were purchased for the children’s department. An autorefractokeratometer, a slit lamp, a laser apparatus for diagnosing and restoring binocular vision, a laser apparatus for stimulating the ciliary muscle, and others will be installed in the ophthalmologist’s office, and an ENT combine, an audiometer, an audiometric noise-protecting cabin, a rhinolaryngofiboscopic system, registration of a screening echocardiogram, registration of an otorhinolaryngologist for the diagnosis of hearing in children and other equipment.

“The polyclinic is equipped as much as possible, one might say, for a regional medical institution. We have two X-ray machines here. 10 ultrasound machines for the entire polyclinic, including women, children, adults, a luxurious exercise therapy room, an excellent physiotherapy department and a sufficient number of rooms “, – said the chief physician of polyclinic No. 67 Vladimir Korotkiy.

Chief physician of the hospital named after S.S. Yudina Olga Papysheva noted that the antenatal clinic now has a small operating room and the necessary rooms for receiving and examining patients.

Spacious and bright rooms provide comfort for patients. Comfortable sofas and other furniture will be installed in open spaces. At the disposal of doctors and medical staff there are cozy rooms and relaxation areas where you can chat, have a snack or have a cup of coffee.

The territory nearby has been landscaped and landscaped – 22 trees and 620 shrubs have been planted, a children’s playground has been equipped, benches and bins have been installed, parking for cars and bicycles has been created.

The new clinic in Nagatinsky Zaton will receive its first patients in September – October this year. The estimated number of the attached population of the polyclinic will be 54 thousand adults and seven thousand children. More than 16 thousand women will be assigned to the antenatal clinic.
