Electronic voting participants will be able to take part in the Million Prizes program.

Registration of participants of remote electronic voting is completed. Those who managed to submit an application before 23:59 on September 13, and also successfully checked all the data in the CEC of Russia and other departments, will be able to make their choice online.

To vote, you will need to log into your personal account on and go to the voting page, for example, by choosing special project on elections, and then click the “Vote” button. You can also click on the banner on the main page or use service catalog… To download an electronic bulletin, you will need to enter the digital code from the SMS, then put a tick in the selected box and click the “Vote” button.

Online voting will be available from 08:00 on September 17 to 20:00 on September 19. Muscovites will elect deputies of the State Duma and the Moscow City Duma in two electoral districts (No. 19 – Veshnyaki, part of Ivanovskoye and Novogireevo districts, No. 37 – Akademichesky, Gagarinsky, Lomonosovsky districts, part of Vernadsky Prospekt district), as well as municipal deputies in Shchukin.

Electronic voting participants will also be able to take part in the Million Prizes program. Among them, super prizes will be drawn – one-room apartments in Moscow and cars. They will also be able to win up to 100 thousand reward points (one point is equal to one ruble), which can be exchanged for the necessary purchases in stores (clothes and shoes, groceries) and pharmacies, spent in cafes and restaurants, or they can pay for a ticket to a movie concert or performance. Those who did not manage to register for online voting will be able to vote at polling stations from 17 to 19 September.
